myLIMS for Genomics is the software solution being developed by Odysis in collaboration with the Nestlé Research Center (NRC), Lausanne, Switzerland to help laboratories streamline their array-based gene expression monitoring experiments.

The software has adopted the main naming conventions and concepts described in the MIAME (Minimum Information About a Microarray Experiment) guidelines.

Biomaterial and arrays are tracked with barcodes, and the consumption and storage of reagents is managed.

The process covered by the software includes: 

• Sample preparation (biosources treatment, RNA extraction and quality control);

• Synthesis, labeling and dye of extracts;

• Hybridization, washing, staining, scan and data delivery.
